If you on the hunt for a badass rare vintage guitar or bass, Fullers Guitar is your spot. Fullers has an incredible collection of some of the most beautiful classic guitars & other various stringed instruments that you will ever see. Not too mention, they have that old school guitar store feel where you know its still family owned and operated, with a full staff of amazingly talented people. Step inside the door at Fullers, and you feel will like a kid in a candy store. I know I do anyway. Guitars, bass, mandolins, banjo, up right base, fiddle, you name it, they got it.
For many years, Fullers has been a long time fixture at the Dallas International Guitar Show. They are the largest guitar exhibitor on the floor, in fact, the minute you walk in the door at DIGF, they take up the first exhibitor space you see, allowing them to accommodate the 250+ guitars they bust out for a crowd of iconic artists like Ted Nugent, Jim Heath of Reverend Horton Heat, & Rick Nielsen of Cheap Trick (just to name a few). The show has gained international popularity because it is the ultimate one stop shop for all of a musicians performance needs. As a first time visitor to the festival, I was overwhelmed with excitement the entire time. So much so that I left with a guitar myself.
When it comes to DIGF, Fullers goes all out for both their customers and for their staff. They are easily the baddest company in the house, and they bring an incredible staff of guitar experts & talented artists that will help you to find that coveted axe you have been seeking your entire life. At the Fullers booth, you will find folks from Gibson, Gretsch, Fender, Yamaha, and Taylor. Why, because they are easily the coolest people in the room. You will also be greeted by owner, creator, & the legendary Hall of Fame icon, Mike Fuller. As the company founder, Mike Fuller makes sure his staff is spoiled after a long hard day on the floor. The staff dinner on that Saturday night was at the Ranch in Las Colinas and was an incredibly fun night out with the biggest names in the guitar biz. Cold beers, margaritas to pair with some of the classic Texas comfort foods, with a menu that features killer fried chicken, juicy steaks, fresh gulf seafood, Red Velvet Fried Pies (Yes, I said that correctly). In the words of the great Dale Watson "Hot Dang!!!". The Fuller family makes you feel like a part of their family. This may be the biggest reason they are so successful as a company, because they treat everyone like family.
If you have any guitar needs, give Fullers a call, or visit them at their Houston location. They will have exactly what you are looking for, and work with you to get you the best deal possible.
